राजधानी दिल्ली व आसपास के इलाकों में मंगलवार को मानसून मेहरबान रहा। कई उत्तरी राज्यों में व्यापक वर्षा हुई। दिल्ली में तो बीते आठ सालों में जुलाई माह में एक दिन की सर्वाधिक बारिश दर्ज की गई।
