प्रदेश में अब मालियत के आधार संपत्ति बिक्री पर स्टांप शुल्क डीएम तय करेंगे। कैबिनेट ने संपत्ति मूल्यांकन नियामवली में संशोधन को मंजूरी दे दी है।
