बिहारशरीफ कोर्ट ने कानूनी की जगह सामाजिक व मानवीय पहलू का रखा ध्यान,जज ने कहा- यह केस अपवाद है, दूसरे मामलों में यह फैसला नजीर नहीं बनेगा
